Data Collection Specialist II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Gathers information for data analysis purposes

• Conducts walkthrough assessments to evaluate the condition of property developments

• Safely accesses rooftops as required by the scope of work

• Captures photographs of representative systems and conditions

• Records information into a client database

• Must follow client site visit protocols

• Employs problem-solving techniques and critical thinking skills

⛳️ Requirements

• Willingness to travel up to 90% of the time

• High school diploma is mandatory

• A Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in engineering, construction management, sciences, IT, or a related field is advantageous

• Strong skills in time management and problem-solving

• Proficient in using an iPad/iPhone and iOS systems

• Valid Driver’s License

• Completion of OSHA 10-Hour Safety Course
