Data Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist learners during live sessions by overseeing chat, facilitating breakout rooms, clarifying use cases, enhancing prompts, fostering peer learning, and instructing on the validation of AI-generated interpretations.

• Arrive for live sessions at least 15 minutes prior and maintain active engagement throughout.

• Identify urgent issues, trends, and obstacles and communicate them to Correlation One staff via Slack.

• Ensure session continuity when the Lead Instructor faces technical difficulties.

• Conduct 30-minute office hours as needed by assigned teams.

• Address learner project inquiries, tooling challenges, and concept clarifications.

• Offer support and constructive feedback on deliverables.

• Evaluate team submissions and deliver detailed, actionable feedback within 72 hours.

• Report on team progress weekly to the Correlation One team.

• Respond to participant inquiries within 24 hours.

• Participate in weekly team syncs with Correlation One.

• Log hours weekly in the coaches' workbook.

• Conduct Demo Day practice runs with each team and provide feedback on their presentations.

• Native Spanish speaker with professional proficiency in English.

• Practical data practitioner with experience in applying analytics to real-world business challenges.

• Active user of generative AI in a commercial or analytical role, demonstrating improved workflow.

• Comfortable collaborating with commercial, sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams.

• Capable of translating data outputs into practical, actionable insights.

• Confident in navigating dashboards, tools, and data models during live sessions.

• Proficient at guiding participants through exercises and reinforcing essential learning points.

• Adaptable and responsive to various learning styles and levels of data maturity.

• Organized and detail-oriented.

• Professional and collaborative in approach.

• Knowledgeable about enterprise AI governance and data confidentiality standards in a CPG or client-data environment.
