Data Center Electrical Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct regular inspections of medium- and high-voltage electrical systems and equipment.

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical distribution infrastructure.

• Diagnose electrical faults and assist in root-cause analysis of power system challenges.

• Perform operational testing and validation of electrical equipment and systems.

• Aid in switching operations and outage planning in accordance with established procedures and qualifications.

• Keep precise maintenance logs, test reports, and operational documentation.

• Contribute to system reliability, uptime goals, and the operation of critical facilities.

• Adhere to electrical safety, lockout/tagout (LOTO), and company safety standards.

• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams to address issues and enhance system performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Technical training, certification, or relevant experience in electrical systems.

• Experience with medium-voltage and/or high-voltage electrical equipment.

• Capability to execute inspections, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical distribution systems.

• Familiarity with electrical safety practices, including lockout/tagout procedures.

• Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

• Ability to work safely in a mission-critical operational environment.

• Willingness and capability to travel 100% across the United States.
