Data Architect – Tech Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Lead data migration projects in global environments

• Define strategies, standards, and methodologies for migration

• Design migration solutions for ERP implementations, system transformations, acquisitions, and divestitures

• Coordinate data analysis, source-target mapping, and data object definitions

• Ensure quality, consistency, and traceability of data throughout the process

• Collaborate with teams in Architecture, Integration, Data Governance, Security, and business stakeholders

• Develop cutover strategies, production rollout plans, and rollback procedures

• Provide technical leadership to analysts, developers, and migration specialists

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience leading complex data migration projects

• Strong knowledge of data architecture and ERP models

• Experience with system integrations

• Experience in data quality management and data governance

• Familiarity with migration methodologies, data validation, and reconciliation

• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate global stakeholders

• Experience in defining cutover strategies and production rollouts

• Fluent in English

• Experience or knowledge in networking will be valued

• Experience with cloud-based ETL solution architecture, preferably with Amazon AWS services, will be valued

• Knowledge of Leva and GxP system validation will be valued

• Familiarity with manual and automated testing tools will be valued

• Knowledge of SAP architecture will be valued
