Data and Research Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Extract and maintain lists of unclaimed property/assets at the state level from public sources.

• Request and oversee data batching with third-party vendors specializing in batch processing and skip tracing to update current contact details.

• Organize and categorize processed lists into clean, ready-to-use segments for the outreach funnel.

• Conduct monthly production cycles in alignment with management review and approval.

• Utilize AI-assisted search tools to locate public Facebook and LinkedIn profile links for outreach targets.

• Coordinate multi-channel outbound sequencing that includes mailers, call center (CCC) operations, and social notifications.

• Monitor reach and response metrics across channels to enhance funnel performance and optimize cash flow per cycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in data extraction, cleaning, and organization.

• Proficiency in Excel/Sheets is mandatory.

• SQL knowledge is advantageous.

• Familiarity with skip-tracing or batch data vendor platforms is preferred.

• Comfortable using OSINT and AI-assisted research tools for discovering public profiles.

• Highly detail-oriented and capable of managing a recurring monthly production cycle independently.

• Ability to exercise discretion and sound judgment when handling personal and financial-related data.

• Previous experience in asset recovery, skip tracing, marketing operations, or data research is strongly preferred.
