This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and oversee the maintenance of NetBrain’s cloud data warehouse.
• Take full ownership of warehouse transformations from raw data ingestion to well-documented, stable tables that downstream teams and tools rely on.
• Develop and manage ELT pipelines that bring raw data from GTM, Finance, and Product tools into the warehouse.
• Contribute to the semantic layer of the BI tool, defining metrics and the access model for executive reporting and internal AI applications.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and lineage, which includes freshness checks, testing, access controls, and maintaining a documented source of truth.
• Create and manage curated data models focused on product usage, customer adoption, account health, and go-to-market analytics.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify measurement requirements and establish foundational analytics infrastructure.
• Minimum of 6 years in analytics engineering, data engineering, or a related field, with proven ownership of production data models.
• Proficient in SQL with a successful history of delivering analytical models utilized by other teams.
• Hands-on experience with a modern cloud data warehouse, preferably Snowflake, or similar platforms like BigQuery.
• Extensive knowledge of transformation frameworks such as dbt or SQLMesh.
• Scripting skills (using Python or similar) for data ingestion, validation, or automation tasks.
• Familiarity with BI or semantic-layer tools (e.g., Omni, Looker, Tableau).
• Strong judgment regarding data access, governance, and the management of sensitive information.
• Manual Dexterity: Capable of repetitive wrist, hand, and finger movements for computer use.
• Stationary Tasks: Ability to sit for prolonged periods while remaining in a stationary position.
• Experience in establishing the technical groundwork for AI-assisted or natural-language reporting, including semantic layers that support LLM or agent-based tools.
• Knowledge of GTM and Customer Success data sources, such as Salesforce, Gainsight, or HubSpot.
• Experience in applying machine learning or statistical forecasting techniques (e.g., time-series and churn-propensity models) to forecast key business metrics like ARR and customer retention.
