Data Analyst/Analytics Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Analyze and process extensive datasets

• Derive significant insights from data and convert them into actionable business recommendations

• Develop and enhance analytical solutions that facilitate business decision-making

• Create clear data visualizations and dashboards

• Independently oversee analytical projects from initiation to completion

• Collaborate with various stakeholders from both business and technology teams

• Convert business requirements into analytical inquiries and data-driven solutions

• Clearly convey findings and suggestions to non-technical stakeholders

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 4 years of professional experience in data analytics

• Practical experience with large datasets

• Proficient SQL skills

• Hands-on experience with Python and/or PySpark

• Familiarity with data processing/workflow tools like Airflow

• Experience using Tableau, Looker Studio, and/or Power BI

• Strong analytical abilities and capacity to draw pertinent conclusions from intricate datasets

• Capability to convert analysis into precise business recommendations

• Ability to autonomously plan and execute analytical projects

• Proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership

• Experience working with diverse stakeholders

• Ability to link technical/data subjects with business requirements

• Proficient in spoken and written English
