This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Proactively oversee and address retailer performance challenges across various dimensions.
• Develop dashboards and processes to enhance problem identification and facilitate new retailer launches.
• Monitor and evaluate performance variations and anomalies in essential Retailer Quality metrics.
• Determine underlying causes and suggest corrective measures.
• Examine extensive Retailer Fulfillment Quality datasets to extract business insights.
• Independently formulate and implement analytical strategies to identify, comprehend, and mitigate fulfillment quality challenges.
• Assist with analytics inquiries, ad hoc retailer analyses, launch impact evaluations, and retailer escalations.
• Provide initiative sizing for product and analytical roadmaps.
• Generate and routinely present insights decks to both business and technical stakeholders.
• Convey findings as clear, data-supported narratives accompanied by actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate across departments to enhance fulfillment quality, products, and processes.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a data analytics-related position, such as business intelligence, corporate strategy, consulting, or data science.
• Experience in analyzing and visualizing large datasets.
• Advanced skills in SQL and Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
• Capability to aggregate and synthesize substantial volumes of data.
• Comprehensive understanding of micro and macro fulfillment metrics and systems.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Aptitude for identifying anomalies in performance metrics and trends, formulating hypotheses, and drawing conclusions through detailed analysis.
• Proficient in PowerPoint or Google Slides.
• Ability to work autonomously with a strong sense of accountability.
• Comfort in proposing new ideas to challenge existing processes.
• Preferred: experience in a consumer marketplace or logistics sector.
• Preferred: familiarity with Snowflake or similar data warehouses, GitHub, and Jira.
• Preferred: experience with Mode or Tableau.
• Preferred: experience working directly with product and engineering teams on scalable process solutions.
• Preferred: experience utilizing AI tools for analytics, including data validation and reproducibility.
