This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Deliver modeling, data analytics, and pricing assistance for key clients and corporate projects.
• Facilitate quoting and pricing approvals, including intricate deal structures for large client programs.
• Acquire product cost information from the Sourcing department.
• Oversee and validate Bill of Materials (BoM) changes with the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Engineering teams.
• Create BoM cost rollup and comparative reports using the internal cost system.
• Manage personnel, assembly, and commodity configurations within the cost system.
• Produce bi-weekly product cost reports.
• Assist with monthly forecasts, Board of Directors (BOD) reporting, and annual and long-term strategic planning.
• Identify and monitor performance metrics, leading indicators, and related drivers.
• Analyze data to detect inconsistencies, trends, and issues for management review.
• Ensure consistent processes and standardized formats; design reporting summaries and scorecards.
• Evaluate forecast opportunities, risks, and their potential impacts.
• Prepare communications for management and executive teams regarding concerns and necessary actions.
• Aid in automating reporting and assess and implement decision-support tools.
• Execute other related responsibilities as needed.
• Proficiency in managing Bills of Materials (BoMs).
• Availability to work during Pacific Time Hours (8am-5pm) Monday through Friday.
• Experience with Google Sheets is essential, including basic functions such as pivot tables, Vlookup, data validation, and creating simple macros.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from a four-year college or university with 4 to 6 years of relevant experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
