📋 Description

• Take charge of the fraud aspect of Puzzleplay’s user segmentation system by integrating both fraud and activity signals to guide revenue-sharing decisions.

• Periodically reassess segmentation signals in response to evolving fraud patterns.

• Evaluate, introduce, remove, and enhance fraud signals, such as IP spoofing, VPN usage, and atypical play behaviors.

• Track fraud-related user segments and assess category performance over time.

• Collaborate with product and data teams to develop market-specific fraud verification techniques.

• Look into users flagged for manual assessment, including cases that are not clearly defined in the Tremendous queue.

• Enhance the manual review process.

• Identify gaps in signals and suggest third-party tools for inclusion in the product roadmap.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience utilizing data to investigate fraud and influence detection or prevention strategies, rather than merely working alongside a fraud team.

• Background in designing or refining fraud signals, user segments, or review processes, with a keen interest in how these decisions adapt as tactics change.

• Capability to collaborate with product and other teams to transform analysis into effective operational fraud controls.
