Data Analyst I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Convert client needs into detailed tasks and actions necessary to fulfill commitments.

• Load, query, extract, and validate data effectively.

• Update databases with up-to-date information, ensure accuracy, and create reports and other deliverables for clients.

• Identify issues and actively seek opportunities for automation and enhancements.

• Engage in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system deployments.

• Conduct quality assurance tasks to verify data, software, hardware, or procedural modifications.

• Collaborate and communicate with other cross-functional teams within IMS.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• A master's degree in a relevant area may replace one year of experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Experience with SQL.

• Knowledge of relational databases and data analysis.

• Familiarity with Oracle and Unix.

• Understanding of database structures and data models.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Experience with scheduling software such as Control M or Appworx.

• Background in project management.

• Familiarity with third-party reporting and master data management tools.

• Skills in training others.
