Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Act as a specialist in LCA modeling for sectors such as electronics, pharmaceuticals, renewable materials, textiles, construction, or similar fields.

• Assist in coordinating the upgrade of relevant sector datasets.

• Contribute to the creation of data-on-demand datasets and projects for external clients.

• Collaborate using Scrum methodology to update and develop content for MLC databases.

• Address customer inquiries and information requests effectively.

• Plan and organize your own workload proficiently.

• Promote the use of AI and other tools to enhance data management.

• Improve the database through its yearly content updates.

• Develop and enhance LCA models using the Sphera LCA for Experts software.

• Create customized Data-on-Demand solutions for clients in the electronics, end-of-life, and construction sectors.

• Assist customers with topics related to the MLC database.

• Assess and categorize JIRA issues into new features, enhancements, or bug fixes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree in engineering or natural sciences with a technical background, or equivalent practical experience.

• Several years of experience in LCA, preferably with familiarity in LCA FE software.

• Proficient in SQL, Python, and/or other programming languages.

• Experience utilizing AI tools.

• Organized and disciplined in daily work activities, with a strong commitment to following and promoting established processes.

• Interest in the technical specifics of material and energy supply manufacturing processes.

• Strong analytical abilities.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Knowledge and enthusiasm for sustainability, life cycle thinking, product sustainability, and/or climate change issues.

• A natural curiosity to explore challenges, conduct research, design solutions, and translate findings into business practices.

• A collaborative spirit with the ability to work independently and responsibly.
