• Design and maintain analytical systems to facilitate operational analysis and informed decision-making.

• Collaborate with Business Process Owners to identify Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Engage with development teams to pinpoint data sources and evaluate data lifecycles.

• Create data storage frameworks within the Data Warehouse (DWH).

• Establish requirements for Data Engineers concerning ETL processes and verify outcomes.

• Create dashboards using analytical platforms.

• Deliver analytical findings to clients.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Data/BI analyst.

• Familiarity with the fundamentals of business process analysis and KPI identification.

• Proficient experience with Data Visualization platforms such as Tableau, Looker, or SuperSet.

• Programming skills in SQL; knowledge of Python is advantageous.

• Solid understanding of database principles.

• Strong analytical thinking.
