This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Oversee and manage the Microsoft Admin Center and Entra ID environment to support EA governance.

• Monitor identity, licensing, and entitlement status throughout the enterprise tenant.

• Design, test, and implement Power BI dashboards and reports for Enterprise Agreement workflows.

• Perform analysis on license/entitlement utilization and trends for Microsoft product licensing and usage.

• Investigate entitlement management options and assess underutilized or unused features for cost-recovery opportunities.

• Explore new Microsoft product offerings and suitable alternatives, evaluating their alignment with customer functional requirements.

• Validate and uphold product/license reference data tables.

• Create and present technical domain presentations that translate usage and licensing data into actionable insights for customer leadership.

• Suggest modifications to the software licensing mix based on utilization insights.

• Track SLA and report on security/compliance posture for the Microsoft EA.

• Assist a federal government customer in managing extensive enterprise license agreements.

• A Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, computer science, information systems, or a related technical field is required.

• At least five (5) years of relevant experience.

• Expertise in SQL, Power BI, Power Shell, PowerApps, Power Query, and the MS Office Suite.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Admin Center and Entra ID administration.

• Experience in conducting license/utilization trend analysis within an enterprise Microsoft environment.

• Knowledge of Microsoft entitlement and feature research processes.

• Capability to present technical findings to both technical and executive audiences.

• Preferred experience in federal enterprise licensing.

• Must be able to sit and stand for extended durations.

• Occasional travel and overtime may be necessary.
