This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Convert monitoring, KPI, and operational data into visually engaging dashboards, heatmaps, and executive summaries.
• Perform trend analysis, anomaly detection, forecasting, and performance evaluation across IT operations.
• Generate narrative insights that provide context for data findings to assist leadership in decision-making.
• Create standardized reporting artifacts for monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc leadership presentations.
• Integrate data from monitoring tools, ticketing systems, incident logs, and operational platforms.
• Ensure that analytical outputs are precise, repeatable, and comply with federal reporting standards.
• Develop templates and reusable visualization patterns for recurring reports.
• Collaborate with engineering, service desk, cybersecurity, and PMO teams to gather relevant data inputs.
• Maintain documentation for analytics logic, data definitions, and workflow procedures.
• Assist in advancing the maturity of enterprise data visualization and analytics.
• Must possess an active Secret clearance, validated by a Tier 3 background investigation.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Data Visualization, Analytics, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in data visualization, analytics, data science, or performance reporting.
• Proven experience in creating executive-ready dashboards, heatmaps, trend reports, and analytical narratives.
• Ability to translate complex datasets into easily understandable visual and written insights.
• Experience integrating data from monitoring platforms, incident/ticketing tools, or IT operational systems.
• Proficient in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Grafana, or similar applications.
• Strong knowledge of KPI modeling, trend analysis, and data transformation.
• Capable of structuring analytical findings into coherent written narratives and presentations.
• Familiarity with SQL, data modeling, or ETL workflows.
• ITIL v4 Foundation certification is required.
• Exceptional analytical storytelling and strong written and visual communication skills tailored for executive audiences.
