Data & AI Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Create extensive data strategies that align with the goals of the organization

• Develop plans focusing on data quality, cataloging, privacy, compliance, and security

• Evaluate client ecosystems concerning data providers, platforms, and essential business data

• Collaborate on data products, monetization, and sharing strategies

• Ensure compliance with strategic plans while managing associated risks

• Oversee client relationships to guarantee maintenance and growth

• Define roles and responsibilities to achieve successful project outcomes

• Discover opportunities for new data products through research and client feedback

• Facilitate business processes that promote a data-driven culture

• Assist clients in understanding the importance of data in their strategic goals

• Aid clients in developing customized data solutions, including Data Platforms, Data Visualization, AI Models, and Generative AI applications

• Engage in screening, HR, technical, and potential client interviews as part of the hiring process

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English communication

• Experience working with international clients

• Strong skills in strategic thinking, problem-solving, creativity, and adaptability

• Background in data solutions

• Understanding of data capabilities (Strategy, Governance, Management, Enablement)

• Familiarity with Snowflake or Databricks

• Experience with Cloud Platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS)

• Spanish fluency is a plus

• Experience with Data Migration/Modernization is advantageous

• Experience with Data Assessments is a bonus

• Familiarity with Change Management is a plus

• Ability to provide specific examples of developing and implementing data strategies aligned with business objectives

• Capability to explain the assessment of organizational data maturity and the construction of improvement roadmaps

• Ability to discuss methods for establishing data governance frameworks and ensuring their adoption

• Competence in discussing strategies to enhance data literacy and promote a data-oriented culture within organizations
