Data & AI Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Formulate detailed data strategies that align with the objectives of the organization

• Create plans focused on data quality, cataloging, privacy, compliance, and security

• Evaluate client ecosystems, which encompass data providers, platforms, and essential business data

• Collaborate on data products, monetization, and strategies for data sharing

• Ensure compliance with strategic plans while managing associated risks

• Oversee client relationships to guarantee their maintenance and growth

• Define roles and responsibilities to achieve effective project results

• Discover new opportunities for data products through research and client feedback

• Assist business processes in promoting a data-centric culture

• Aid clients in understanding the significance of data in achieving strategic goals

• Support clients in developing customized data solutions, including Data Platforms, Data Visualization, AI Models, and Generative AI applications

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and international clients

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English communication

• Experience working with international clients

• Strong skills in strategic thinking, problem-solving, creativity, and adaptability

• Background in data solutions

• Knowledge of data capabilities, including Strategy, Governance, Management, and Enablement

• Familiarity with Snowflake or Databricks

• Experience with Cloud Platforms such as Azure, GCP, or AWS

• Nice to have: Proficiency in Spanish

• Nice to have: Experience in Data Migration/Modernization

• Nice to have: Experience in Data Assessments

• Nice to have: Experience in Change Management

• Ability to discuss the development and implementation of data strategies that align with business goals

• Ability to discuss evaluating organizational data maturity and creating improvement roadmaps

• Ability to discuss the establishment of data governance frameworks and ensuring their adoption

• Ability to discuss promoting data literacy and nurturing data-oriented cultures

• Strong analytical thinking and capability to manage complexities
