DASA DEC Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead initiatives aimed at assessing internal controls related to business operations.

• Determine priority processes for testing.

• Create tests for design and evaluate operating effectiveness.

• Formulate plans for corrective actions.

• Engage directly with clients.

• Supervise staff activities.

• Manage yearly revisions of standardized business process narratives, risk and control matrices, and process flowcharts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust.

• Must secure approved adjudication of Public Trust before onboarding.

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in financial management.

• Previous experience with financial statement audits is preferred.

• CPA license is a plus.

• Experience in internal control testing is desirable.

• Familiarity with DSCA and/or Army processes and systems is advantageous.
