Danish-speaking E-Commerce Customer Service Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Assist customers with their orders, payments, deliveries, returns, missing parcels, and complaints.

• Deliver customer service support through both phone and email communications.

• Become a member of an international e-commerce customer service team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or fluent in Danish.

• Proficient in English at a B2 level.

• Applicants must currently reside in Greece.

• Must possess a valid work permit or the right to work in Greece.

• Previous experience is not mandatory; however, experience in retail or e-commerce is considered a plus.

• Must be available for rotating shifts from 09:00 to 21:00.

• Initial contract duration is 8 months.
