This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee the Neurovascular marketing and market development strategy for the DACH region, ensuring alignment with Western European and global goals.
• Guide, mentor, and nurture a team of Product and Market Development Specialists.
• Direct the annual strategic planning process, which includes budget management, resource distribution, and performance evaluation.
• Convert insights from customers, the market, and competitors into strategic priorities and growth avenues.
• Promote therapy awareness, adoption, and market expansion throughout Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
• Identify ways to enhance patient pathways, clinical workflows, and overall care economics.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership and the field organization to implement strategies into commercial operations.
• Cultivate relationships with healthcare professionals and key external partners.
• Work together with teams across Medical Education, Market Access, Clinical Research, Health Economics, Finance, Training & Education, Sales Excellence, and Legal/Compliance.
• Represent the Neurovascular division at regional meetings, congresses, and customer events.
• Track market and business performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to maximize impact.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 7+ years of pertinent experience in MedTech, healthcare, HCP engagement, marketing, market development, or business transformation.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective marketing or market development strategies.
• Proven experience leading teams and cultivating high-performing talent.
• Background in driving change or transformation in a regional or multi-country setting.
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic mindset.
• Ability to translate customer and market insights into tangible business outcomes.
• Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Collaborative, agile, and focused on achieving results.
• Willing to travel approximately 50% within the DACH region and internationally.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken German and English.
• Requirement for full measles immunization at the facility level.
• Proficiency in French and/or Italian is a plus.
