This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee the marketing and market development strategy for the DACH Neurovascular sector, ensuring alignment with both Western European and global objectives.
• Guide, mentor, and develop a team of Product and Market Development Specialists.
• Lead the annual strategic planning process, encompassing budget management, resource allocation, and performance evaluation.
• Convert customer, market, and competitive insights into prioritized initiatives and growth opportunities.
• Enhance therapy awareness, adoption, and market development throughout Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
• Identify opportunities to optimize patient pathways, clinical workflows, and care economics.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership and the field organization to implement strategy into commercial actions.
• Cultivate relationships with healthcare professionals and key external stakeholders.
• Work in partnership with Medical Education, Market Access, Clinical Research, Health Economics, Finance, Training & Education, Sales Excellence, and Legal/Compliance teams.
• Represent the Neurovascular division at regional meetings, congresses, and customer events.
• Monitor market and business performance, adapting strategies to maximize impact.
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Over 7 years of relevant experience in MedTech, healthcare, HCP engagement, marketing, market development, or business transformation.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective marketing or market development strategies.
• Proven experience leading teams and nurturing high-performing talent.
• Experience driving change or transformation in a regional or multi-country context.
• Possess a strong commercial and strategic mindset.
• Ability to translate customer and market insights into measurable business outcomes.
• Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• A collaborative, agile, and outcome-oriented approach.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% within the DACH region and internationally.
• Proficient in written and spoken German and English.
• Full measles immunization is mandatory.
• Knowledge of French and/or Italian is a plus.
