This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee cyber range environments that enable clients to securely develop, train, and assess AI agents against authentic adversary actions, enterprise network scenarios, simulated telemetry, security tool outputs, and operational workflows.
• Assist clients in training AI agents with realistic cyber scenarios, encompassing attack progressions, detection events, incident artifacts, forensic evidence, adversary TTPs, and SOC decision-making points.
• Collaborate with range engineers, AI engineers, detection engineers, threat emulation teams, and customer SOC teams to devise repeatable AI agent test scenarios aligned with real-world threats and defensive goals.
• Aid clients in evaluating AI agent performance against established human workflows, current automation, playbooks, and security stack capabilities.
• Document AI agent test results, identify gaps, risks, improvement opportunities, and suggest next steps in customer-ready reports and executive summaries.
• Create repeatable AI agent validation playbooks, test plans, scoring rubrics, and after-action reporting templates for use across customer engagements.
• Assist clients in transitioning from prototype AI agent concepts to validated operational use cases that can be safely integrated into cyber defense workflows.
• Ensure clients can demonstrate that their AI agents are not only operational but also tested, trusted, monitored, and aligned with real-world cyber defense requirements.
• Lead the overall event and take responsibility for its ultimate success.
• Interface with the customer to establish goals, scope, and schedule.
• Develop comprehensive event schedules, tasks, and milestones.
• Collaborate with the customer to define requirements for network topology, defensive tool suite, and threat presentation.
• Scope the level of effort and staffing with supporting Professional Services teams.
• Monitor all activities related to the event's planning, preparation, execution, and reporting, providing leadership updates on any areas of concern.
• Work with the customer event lead to manage all details.
• Lead all internal and customer-facing planning meetings.
• Oversee event execution and post-event administration.
• Organize and lead teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and value.
• Build and nurture strong customer relationships; exceptional relationship-builder.
• Participate in knowledge sharing, reporting, and communication efforts.
• Demonstrate efficiency and flexibility in delivering value to clients via the SimSpace platform and associated events.
• Establish and maintain relationships with a diverse range of individuals – both junior and senior, from various backgrounds.
• 3+ years of experience in a project management role within a cybersecurity-focused organization.
• U.S. citizenship is required for this position.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally up to an estimated 25% of the time.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity, networks, threat intelligence, and cyber operations (both defensive and offensive).
• Enterprise-level comprehension of IT programs and cybersecurity.
• Experience in cyber intelligence and/or instruction is a plus.
• Ability to gather and translate client requirements into actionable tasks that can be implemented.
• Proven track record in roles requiring the execution of multiple tasks while managing competing priorities, ensuring project completion.
• Experience in project and program management with a keen attention to detail.
