Cybersecurity Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Assist an intelligence client's operational objectives.

• Utilize advanced AI/ML analytical methods on extensive datasets from various sources to identify cybersecurity vulnerabilities and fraudulent activities.

• Use Databricks to create analytical solutions employing Python, SQL, and R.

• Develop, interpret, visualize, and communicate complex data findings to stakeholders across all levels.

• Address on-demand requests from stakeholders to probe into specific concerns.

• Collaborate with different business units to discover, gather, consolidate, and analyze new data sources.

• Propel the team's mission forward and minimize the time required to provide analytical insights.

• Identify and evaluate deficiencies within USPS systems and procedures.

• Propose corrective measures to mitigate cybersecurity risks and fraudulent actions.

• Lead specialized teams implementing AI and cutting-edge technology solutions within secure environments.

• Oversee delivery across numerous projects to improve organizational efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and over 8 years of relevant experience.

• U.S. citizenship is required.

• Must possess TS/SCI clearance.

• In-depth knowledge of data science and AI/ML principles for fraud detection.

• Proven expertise in developing AI/ML solutions, including data science practices, data strategy and governance, and engagement with customers and stakeholders.

• Capability to design AI-driven solutions that incorporate large language models, computer vision, and advanced analytics in secure, high-performance settings.

• Proficient in directing specialized teams comprising data scientists, data engineers, and business intelligence professionals.

• Experience in managing delivery across areas such as business intelligence, technology and tradecraft, financial operations, workforce analytics, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, risk management, and product development.

• Skilled in Python, SQL, Tableau, AWS, R, and Azure Databricks.

• Extensive knowledge of AI/ML solution architecture, data science and advanced analytics, technology strategy and execution, data strategy and governance, MLOps, and model lifecycle management.
