Cyber Services Operations Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of internal projects, which includes onboarding a managed service for the triage of customer service tickets.

• Manage process modifications and enhance efficiency within the Cyber Services’ Zendesk ticketing system.

• Direct the design and enhancement of client journey workflows.

• Guide project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure activities.

• Create and maintain project timelines, work plans, milestones, and deliverables.

• Track project risks, dependencies, issues, and change requests.

• Organize internal status meetings and deliver consistent status updates.

• Ensure that projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and under budget.

• Cultivate relationships with Cyber Services leadership, consultants, technical teams, and internal stakeholders.

• Facilitate communication between business and technical stakeholders.

• Compile executive reports, dashboards, and portfolio updates.

• Raise risks and issues while driving towards resolution.

• Generate project status reports and assist operational, business, and leadership reviews.

• Ensure adherence to internal governance standards and business requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Project Management, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of experience in project management or PMO roles.

• Experience in supporting cybersecurity, technology, consulting, or professional services engagements.

• Strong grasp of project management methodologies and governance frameworks.

• Familiarity with project management tools such as Scoro, OpenAir, Jira, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project.

• Outstanding organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Preferred: PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification.

• Preferred: Experience in Managed Detection & Response (MDR), Incident Response, Security Consulting, or Cyber Resilience services.

• Preferred: Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, CIS, ISO 27001, or SOC.

• Preferred: Experience in professional services financial management, forecasting, and utilization reporting.
