
Cyber Security Software Sales Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +3 more states.
• Drive software bookings, revenue growth, and pipeline expansion for HP Wolf Security, incorporating HP WXP throughout North America.
• Lead intricate cybersecurity sales cycles, managing everything from technical discovery and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
• Engage with CISOs, security architects, endpoint engineering teams, and senior IT stakeholders regarding security posture, risk mitigation, and endpoint resilience.
• Position HP Wolf Security and HP WXP in discussions related to endpoint protection, hardware-enforced security, digital employee experience, endpoint management, Zero Trust, threat containment, application isolation, secure access, and EDR/XDR.
• Align customer security, endpoint management, and digital employee experience needs with the capabilities and business value of HP Wolf Security and HP WXP.
• Collaborate closely with solution architects, technical pre-sales, and product specialists to advance technically challenging HP Wolf Security opportunities and enhance win rates.
• Assist broader HP teams by providing repeatable sales strategies, precise forecasting, and robust CRM discipline.
• Strong background in enterprise software sales within cybersecurity, endpoint management, or digital employee experience, with a proven record of meeting quotas in competitive markets.
• Demonstrated success in selling security, endpoint management, or digital employee experience solutions, including endpoint protection, threat prevention, Zero Trust, device security, EDR/XDR, digital employee experience, endpoint analytics, workplace experience platforms, or similar resilience solutions.
• In-depth technical knowledge of cybersecurity architecture, endpoint management, and digital employee experience concepts, covering endpoint security controls, attack surface reduction, isolation and containment, endpoint visibility, experience monitoring, identity and access concepts, detection and response workflows, and cloud-delivered software services.
• Experience in selling to security leaders, IT operations teams, endpoint engineering teams, infrastructure leaders, and procurement stakeholders within enterprise accounts.
• Capability to conduct effective discovery and technical qualification processes that reveal customer risk, security maturity, architectural needs, and business priorities.
• Ability to articulate technical capabilities into clear business value for both technical and executive audiences.
• Strong sales discipline across solution mapping, business case development, forecasting, and contract negotiation.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent commercial experience.
