Cyber Security Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve software bugs and security vulnerabilities across various codebases.

• Develop new functionalities and enhance existing features utilizing Python3, Java, Rust, Go, C++, or TypeScript.

• Refactor outdated code to enhance maintainability, security, and performance.

• Conduct codebase audits, penetration testing, and other security evaluations.

• Identify and mitigate cybersecurity threats.

• Contribute to backend development tasks.

• Optimize application performance to ensure scalability and security.

• Document findings and propose enhancements.

• Provide practical insights to improve AI training datasets.

• Leverage cybersecurity knowledge to assist in training next-generation AI systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Python3, Java, Rust, Go, C++, or TypeScript.

• Demonstrated experience in debugging, fixing bugs, and backend development for complex systems.

• Strong background in cybersecurity, including penetration testing, security audits, and vulnerability assessments.

• Expertise in algorithms, codebase refactoring, and optimizing software for both performance and security.

• Capability to convey complex technical information clearly and concisely.

• Familiarity with secure software development lifecycles and contemporary threat landscapes.

• Experience in AI-related or data-driven projects is advantageous, but not mandatory.

• No previous experience in AI is necessary.

• A minimum number of tasks must be submitted weekly.

• Must be prepared to begin initial tasks within 24–48 hours of completing onboarding if selected.
