Cyber Security Assurance Support Analyst – SC Cleared

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the CSM mailbox and promptly address incoming inquiries in a professional manner.

• Redirect inquiries to the appropriate team members and offer guidance regarding the CSM process.

• Handle Supplier Assurance Questionnaires (SAQs) submitted via email and Microsoft Forms.

• Document the outcomes of questionnaires and relay responses to suppliers and relevant stakeholders.

• Keep precise records of processed forms, communications, and outcomes for auditing purposes.

• Assist in the administration of the CSM process, including a thorough understanding of the differences between versions 3 and 4.

• Organize and maintain email communications and documentation with accuracy.

⛳️ Requirements

• All candidates must possess UK Security Clearance.

• Familiarity with the CSM process and a readiness to learn the distinctions between versions 3 and 4.

• Experience in handling sensitive information.

• Prior experience with relevant Defence systems is preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Experience managing a shared mailbox, addressing inquiries, and directing correspondence effectively.

• Outstanding organizational and administrative skills, with a keen attention to detail.

• Capability to manage forms, emails, and records accurately and consistently.

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
