CVO Specialist – Provider Enrollment Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Supervise all payer credentialing activities for designated clients

• Address the payer credentialing requirements for practitioners of assigned clients

• Prepare credentialing documents, including applications, letters, rosters, and other correspondence with insurance networks

• Manage the credentialing services acquired by each assigned client

• Engage with clients through inbound phone calls, text messages, and web chats to respond to inquiries and provide assistance

• Process inbound communications from insurance companies and other healthcare entities

• Make outbound calls to insurance carriers to confirm application status and accelerate credentialing

• Input data and maintain documentation for physician/provider information

• Record interactions with insurance networks and clients in the internal software system

• Coordinate tasks among enrollment team members assigned to the region

• Cultivate relationships with insurance network representatives and clients

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in provider enrollment or payer credentialing

• Strong understanding of the credentialing and contracting procedures

• Experience collaborating with payor networks across the country, including government health programs and commercial insurance providers

• Exceptional telephone communication abilities

• Self-driven and able to work independently to meet production targets

• Strong attention to detail

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Salesforce.com, Microsoft Teams, and Vonage softphone

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Must conduct all work within the United States

• Dedicated workspace at home that ensures privacy and minimal interruptions

• Reliable high-speed internet access

• Available Monday through Friday, with flexible hours based on employee time zone and client requirements

• Applicants residing in Hawaii are currently ineligible for employment
