CVO Specialist – Provider Enrollment Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Supervise all payer credentialing activities for designated clients

• Address the credentialing needs of assigned clients regarding practitioners

• Prepare credentialing applications, correspondence, rosters, and other communications with insurance networks

• Oversee credentialing services acquired by each assigned client

• Respond to incoming phone calls, text messages, and web chat inquiries from clients

• Handle inbound communications from insurance companies and other healthcare organizations

• Make outbound calls to insurance carriers to verify application status and expedite the credentialing process

• Input data and maintain documents related to physician/provider information

• Record interactions with insurance networks and clients within the internal software platform

• Coordinate task assignments among enrollment team members in the region

• Foster relationships with insurance network contacts and clients

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in provider enrollment/payer credentialing with a comprehensive understanding of the credentialing and contracting process

• Experience collaborating with payer networks nationwide, including government health programs and commercial insurance networks

• Exceptional telephone communication skills for interacting with insurance companies, clients, staff, and prospects

• Self-driven and capable of working independently to meet production targets

• Strong attention to detail

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Salesforce.com, Microsoft Teams, and Vonage softphone

• Authorized to work in the United States, with all work to be performed within the United States

• A dedicated workspace at home that allows for privacy and minimal interruptions

• Reliable high-speed internet connection

• Availability from Monday to Friday, with flexible hours based on employee time zone and client requirements
