This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee and manage the evaluation and analysis of practitioner applications along with their supporting documents.
β’ Execute investigations, research, and prompt primary source verification of the components within application files.
β’ Detect issues that necessitate further investigation and assessment, confirm discrepancies, and ensure necessary follow-up actions.
β’ Review all documentation and verifications prior to submission to clients.
β’ Achieve turnaround time, productivity, quality, communication, collaboration, file completion, and other key performance indicator expectations.
β’ Address inquiries from other healthcare organizations effectively.
β’ Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders regarding credentialing and privileging matters.
β’ Utilize and upkeep the credentialing database efficiently.
β’ Generate queries, reports, and documentation as required.
β’ Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive data and information.
β’ Exemplify the core values of SCP Health and CS Partners.
β’ Perform additional job-related tasks as assigned.
β’ Ability to work autonomously while prioritizing and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
β’ Demonstrated critical and strategic thinking skills for resolving issues and concerns.

β’ Effective communication skills at all levels within the organization.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
β’ Familiarity with the Christus credentialing process and the clinician scheduling process of CS Partners and SCP Health.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Windows, Outlook).
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
β’ 3 to 5 years of experience in clinician credentialing within a hospital or managed care setting.
β’ Prior experience with the Christus credentialing process and the clinician scheduling process of CS Partners is preferred.
β’ Certification as a Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) is preferred.
