Customer Training Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide product training to hospital teams during onboarding phases.

• Assist current customers with changes in contact information, new feature launches, post-upsell product demonstrations, and areas of low adoption.

• Ensure the training capabilities remain up-to-date across Instinct's entire product range.

• Take on assignments from the shared queue and offer consistent training for new accounts.

• Investigate account notes, workflow preferences, previous training history, and context using tools like Glyphic, HubSpot, and Claude.

• Customize training sessions according to each hospital's workflows, configurations, and team dynamics.

• Record training results, follow-up tasks, and customer feedback in HubSpot and Glyphic.

• Work within the shared ticketing and assignment system while upholding coverage standards.

• Travel regularly to provide on-site training sessions.

• Document and organize work to maintain continuity during travel.

• Relay product gaps, customer insights, and trends to the Training and Enablement Director and the Enablement team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in a veterinary practice is essential; candidates must have worked in a veterinary hospital.

• 1–3 years of experience in delivering product training, clinical education, or customer enablement in a dynamic environment.

• Highly preferred: prior experience utilizing or training on Instinct products.

• Proficient in HubSpot and familiar with call intelligence tools like Glyphic.

• Must be willing and able to travel frequently, typically several trips per month.

• Willingness to meet travel requirements of over 25% is necessary.
