Customer Training and Success Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Provide individualized and small group training for individuals facing communication challenges and their caregivers.

• Lead group training sessions via the Lingraphica Device Users Community.

• Offer flexible training options, ranging from introductory sessions to regular follow-ups.

• Instruct on device functionality and its application in daily life for customers.

• Record customer interactions and results in the CRM system.

• Recognize and communicate recurring training needs, user feedback, and adoption hurdles.

• Work collaboratively with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Support teams to enhance the learning experience and guide future improvements.

• Execute additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background as a Speech-Language Pathologist or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA).

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in providing AAC training, clinical instruction, or related teaching/coaching roles.

• Proficient knowledge in AAC and training for communication partners.

• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications.

• Familiarity with Zoom or other virtual meeting platforms and/or experience in teletherapy.

• Strong capability to provide clear, empathetic, and practical device instruction to both individuals and groups.

• Ability to adapt training to various learning styles, personas, and levels of understanding.

• Skill in simplifying complex product functionalities into engaging training content.

• Creative in modifying training to meet diverse customer requirements.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Organized and proactive, with a commitment to ongoing improvement.

• Must have authorization to work in the U.S., verified through E-Verify.
