This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

• Address general customer service inquiries through phone, chat, and email in Slovenian.

• Efficiently resolve customer issues while ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

• Proficient in Slovenian.

• Strong command of English.

• Must either reside in or be willing to relocate to Bulgaria.
