Customer Support Specialist, Dutch

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Deliver customer support for bol.com, an e-commerce platform operating in the Netherlands and Belgium.

• Operate fully remotely from any location within Portugal.

• Commit to a 40-hour work week with rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday.

• Participate in fully compensated training sessions.

• Move to Portugal with provided flight assistance, airport pickup, and help with local documentation if required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Dutch, at a fluent or native level.

• At ease in a customer-facing position.

• Ready for full-time employment with flexible shift availability.

• Must hold EU citizenship or possess a valid residence/work authorization in Portugal.

• An updated CV in English is necessary.
