This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Georgia.

📋 Description

• Deliver customer support for an online betting platform

• Address customer inquiries through live chat and offline messaging

• Assist customers with account-related matters and general queries

⛳️ Requirements

• Turkish: Minimum B2 proficiency

• English: Minimum B1 proficiency

• Excellent written communication and customer service abilities

• Capability to work shifts aligned with German time

• Availability for 24/7 operations, including live chat until midnight and offline message support from 00:00 to 09:00 German time
