📋 Description

• Holds a high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory)

• Experience in healthcare or clinical laboratory settings is advantageous

• Will require some guidance while developing in this position

• Exhibits two or more of the following competencies: organizing and linking documents to the relevant cases; engaging in real-time communication with clients; facilitating communication and coordination between departments; understanding preliminary billing and insurance processes; possessing intermediate knowledge of Ambry products and systems

• Demonstrates two or more of the following skills and abilities: organizing and attaching documents to corresponding cases; real-time direct client communication; inter-departmental communication and coordination; preliminary billing and insurance knowledge; intermediate knowledge of Ambry products and systems
