Customer Support Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Respond to incoming customer calls

• Assist customers with order placement and provide invoice/billing support

• Recommend products based on customer needs to boost sales of specific items/programs

• Exhibit a thorough understanding of DecoPac products and services

• Deliver information utilizing approved DecoPac marketing materials and resources

• Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system

• Process orders and product requests efficiently and professionally

• Uphold high standards of customer service

• Notify the Manager of any food safety issues

• Carry out additional tasks as assigned

• Work schedule is Monday to Friday from 12:00 PM to 5:30 PM and every third Saturday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM

• This position allows for remote work or office attendance

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in customer support or a call center environment

• Preference for candidates with inside or outside sales experience

• CRM experience is a plus

• Ability to self-motivate, work independently, and collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Strong computer skills and a high aptitude for utilizing technology in a business setting

• High school diploma or equivalent is required

• Familiarity with customer service best practices

• Bilingual (Spanish) is highly preferred

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management skills

• Decision-making capabilities

• Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute

• Ability to learn and retain new information and concepts

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Attention to detail is crucial

• Capability to sit, talk, and/or hear, use hands and fingers, and occasionally stand or walk

• Ability to occasionally lift or move items weighing up to 10 pounds

• Residency in Minnesota is mandatory
