Customer Support Officer, English Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Serve as a crucial connection between clients and the market.

• Support clients by delivering insights on trends and providing market data.

• Respond to client inquiries regarding trading activities and available instruments.

• Educate new clients on company platforms and trading tools.

• Clarify technical and fundamental analysis concepts to clients.

• Offer ongoing market updates.

• Comprehend clients’ needs and trading profiles to offer tailored support and guidance.

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of financial markets from both technical and fundamental perspectives.

• Promote additional company services to enhance client outcomes.

• Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve issues, as well as to report faults.

• Achieve high levels of client acquisition, retention, and reactivation.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of prior experience in the Forex sector.

• Proficient in the English language.

• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to take initiative, expand, and generate business opportunities.

• Capability to perform effectively under pressure.

• Willingness to work from 18:00–02:00 Cyprus time.
