Customer Support, French-speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Assist customers in both French and English

• Respond to customer inquiries

• Help resolve basic technical problems

• Lead customers through straightforward and clear solutions

• Accurately document and update customer cases

• Conduct follow-ups when further assistance is necessary

• Contribute to creating a welcoming and positive customer experience

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in French

• Able to communicate comfortably in English

• Proficient in using computers and adaptable to new systems

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

• Detail-oriented and organized

• Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not essential

• Sales experience is beneficial but not mandatory

• Candidates must be currently residing in Portugal or possess an EU passport and be willing to relocate
