Customer Support, Dutch-speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Provide assistance to Dutch-speaking customers through phone, chat, and/or email

• Address general inquiries, account-related questions, product information, or technical issues

• Resolve customer concerns effectively

• Ensure a positive experience for customers

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Dutch at a C1 level

• English language skills at a B2+ level

• Comfortable with computers and digital tools

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Previous experience in customer service is advantageous, but not mandatory for selected projects

• Updated CV in English required
