This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Deliver customer support for bol.com, an e-commerce platform serving the Netherlands and Belgium.

• Operate fully remotely from any location within Portugal.

• Commit to 40 hours per week on rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday.

• Participate in paid training sessions.

• Relocate to Portugal if necessary, with support from the employer covering flight costs, airport pickup, and assistance with local documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Dutch at a fluent or native level.

• Comfortable in a customer-facing position.

• Available for full-time employment and flexible with rotating shifts.

• Possess EU citizenship or a valid residence/work permit for Portugal.

• An updated CV in English is required.
