This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Deliver customer support for bol.com, an e-commerce platform operating in the Netherlands and Belgium.

• Enjoy the flexibility of working fully remotely from any location in Portugal.

• Commit to 40 hours per week with rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday.

• Participate in comprehensive paid training.

• Assist customers in both Dutch and English.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Dutch at a fluent/native level.

• Comfortable in a role that involves direct customer interaction.

• Available for full-time employment and rotating shift schedules.

• Hold EU citizenship or possess valid residence/work authorization in Portugal.

• Provide an updated CV in English.
