Customer Support, Dutch

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Deliver customer support for bol.com, an e-commerce platform operating in the Netherlands and Belgium.

• Operate fully remotely from any location within Portugal.

• Commit to 40 hours per week, working Monday through Sunday on a rotating shift schedule.

• Engage in comprehensive paid training.

• Assist customers in a role that emphasizes direct customer interaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Dutch at a fluent or native level.

• Comfortable in a role that involves direct customer engagement.

• Available for full-time employment and willing to work on rotating shifts.

• Must possess EU citizenship or have valid residence/work authorization in Portugal.

• Current CV in English is required.
