Customer Support, Dutch

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Deliver customer support for bol.com, an e-commerce platform operating in the Netherlands and Belgium.

• Work entirely remotely from any location in Portugal.

• Commit to a 40-hour work week with a rotating-shift schedule from Monday to Sunday.

• Participate in fully compensated training.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Dutch, at a fluent or native level.

• Comfortable engaging in a customer-facing position.

• Available for full-time employment and rotating shifts.

• Must possess EU citizenship or a valid residence/work permit in Portugal.

• An updated CV in English is required.
