Customer Support, Dutch

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional customer support for bol.com, an e-commerce platform serving the Netherlands and Belgium.

• Operate fully remotely from any location within Portugal.

• Commit to a 40-hour work week, with shifts rotating from Monday to Sunday.

• Participate in comprehensive paid training.

• Assist customers in the Dutch language.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Dutch at a fluent or native level.

• Comfortable in a customer-facing position.

• Available for full-time employment with rotating shifts.

• Possess EU citizenship or a valid residence/work authorization in Portugal.

• Submit an updated CV in English.
