Customer Support, Dutch

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Deliver customer support for bol.com, an e-commerce platform operating in the Netherlands and Belgium.

• Work entirely remotely from any location within Portugal.

• Commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, with rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday.

• Participate in comprehensive paid training.

• Assist customers in a role focused on customer interaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Dutch at a fluent or native level.

• At ease in a customer-facing environment.

• Available for full-time employment and rotating shift schedules.

• Must possess EU citizenship or valid residence/work authorization in Portugal.

• An updated CV in English is required.
