This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Deliver customer support for bol.com, an e-commerce platform operating in the Netherlands and Belgium.

• Enjoy the flexibility of working fully remotely from any location in Portugal.

• Commit to a 40-hour work week with rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess fluent/native-level Dutch language skills.

• Be comfortable in a customer-facing role.

• Be available for full-time work with rotating shifts.

• Hold EU citizenship or a valid residence/work authorization in Portugal.
