Customer Support Associate – German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Assist the Support team in acquiring declarations and other essential information from unresponsive suppliers within clients’ supply chains.

• Engage with suppliers via emails, phone calls, and conference calls to collect compliance-related information.

• Aid in fulfilling compliance requests.

• Verify the quality of submitted documents.

• Collaborate directly with top-tier suppliers to facilitate their responses to compliance inquiries.

• Manage incoming supplier calls and troubleshoot or assist with compliance requests.

• Reach out to unresponsive suppliers through outbound calls, supplier education, and invitations to webinars.

• Offer support in both German and English for internal translations, webinar facilitation, and prospect calls with the Sales team.

• Work alongside the Program Success team to devise strategies for new customers, client campaigns, and supplier-related issues.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities in both German and English.

• Relevant work experience (e.g. administration, reporting, research & data, supplier/customer support, call centers).

• Strong capability to effectively manage time and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Proficient in using MS Office Suite and Google Applications.

• Ability to utilize all features of MS Office Suite and Google Applications proactively and efficiently.

• Self-motivated individual.

• Outstanding time management skills.
