Customer Success Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Establish profound and impactful relationships with educational partners.

• Collaborate with school partners to cultivate a growing demand for Zen educators (teachers and paraprofessionals) to be assigned to classrooms.

• Promote Zen products and services within the offerings of school partners.

• Serve as a responsive and central point of contact for stakeholders in school partnerships.

• Relay important trends and feedback to the Product team to enhance the platform.

• Engage daily with newly onboarded educators to assign them to daily substitute or long-term positions.

• Maintain ongoing communication with active educators to provide feedback, ensure satisfaction, and address any issues.

• Mentor educators and enhance their performance within schools.

• Must reside in Miami, FL.

• A strong enthusiasm for the education sector and a commitment to creating a positive social impact.

• Previous experience in sales, partnerships, account management, recruitment, or education is advantageous.
