This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Provide assistance for Insurance Agency Websites, manage Reviews & Reputation, oversee Social Media Marketing, and handle Local Listings Management.

• Engage in professional and timely communication with clients.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and support-ticket emails through the helpdesk system.

• Efficiently resolve support tickets utilizing comprehensive product knowledge.

• Update client websites through the WordPress Content Management System.

• Adhere to documented procedures and offer feedback for process enhancements.

• Deliver frontline customer service for billing-related inquiries.

• Recognize areas for support-process improvements and share insights.

• Assist with daily billing tasks and provide support to the digital marketing team.
